Client Information |
Assured Healthcare will take a client referral at any time. A Registered Nurse will do a physical assessment on each client. From the that assessment a care plan will be developed and followed by Assured Healthcare employees. We encourage client and family participation in the development of the care plan to ensure the client's need and expectations are met.
Assured Healthcare strongly believes in the continuity of care for the client
Assured Healthcare has a two hour minimum of service per week.
