Assured Healthcare strives to hire only the BEST employees. We only hire employees who have at least one year experience in the field they are working. Pre-employment drug screens are done on all employees. All employees are registered with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services and screened through the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. These organizations conduct all of the necessary background checks. All licenses and certifications are verified with the appropriate licensing state. All employees are required to pass an OSHA test and a written skills test. Employees must have a current health physical, TB test, and CPR certification. Assured Healthcare employees are supervised by a Registered Nurse.
