Assured Healthcare will work with families to decide on a plan of care that fits your specific needs. There are several different payment options and resources available and may include a combination of the following.

Self-Pay

We have many clients that use these services on a daily, weekly, or as-needed basis. Self-pay clients are billed weekly and may pay by cash, check, or credit card. We also work with numerous trust funds to make your payments more manageable.

Insurance Options

We accept most insurance plans and participate with out-of-network policies. Our office will file claims on behalf of the client and work directly with the insurance company if the client desires.

Missouri Medicaid

We are currently contracted with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services under the Home and Community-Based Programs to provide in-home care for those who are qualified.

We accept pediatric clients through the Missouri Department of Social Services, Missouri Health Net Division under the Healthy Children and Youth Program.

HCBS Waiver Services (Services for those with limited financial resources)

Frail and Elderly (FE) Medicaid Waiver:

The FE Medicaid Waiver is designed to help older adults that require nursing home care. Waiver participants are provided with support and services that enable them to remain living in their own home, in a family home, or elsewhere in their community instead of in a nursing home. Some of the services provided under this waiver are open to self-direction.

The Frail and Elderly Waiver considers the age, level of impairment, and finances of applicants

  •  Age: Applicants must be at least 65 years of age
  • Level of Impairment: Applicants must be assessed by a medical team and determined to require nursing home care
  • Finances: Applicants must qualify for Medicaid services.

Clay County Senior Services

We currently work directly with the Senior Link Program - Open Options - under Clay County Senior Services for those who are qualified.

Department of Veteran Affairs

We currently participate with multiple VA facilities in Missouri for those who are qualified. This includes, but is not limited to, VA Homecare, Veterans Aid and Attendance, and Veterans Spouse Assistance.
